First octant: $0\le x\le 2$, $0\le y\le 3$, $0\le z\le 9-y^2$

$V=\int_{0}^{2}\!\!dx\int_{0}^{3}(9-y^2)\,dy=2\left[9y-\frac{y^3}{3}\right]_{0}^{3}=2(27-9)=36$
