Given function is $F(N)=F(N-3)+N+F(N-2)+N$ and if $N\le 0$, then $F(N)=-$.
Now,
$F(1)=F(-2)+1+F(-1)+1=-1-1$
$F(2)=F(-1)+2+F(0)+2=-2-2$
$F(3)=F(0)+3+F(1)+3=-3-1-13$
Now find $F(5)$:
$F(5)=F(2)+5+F(3)+5$
$F(5)=(-2-2)+5+(-3-1-13)+5$
$F(5)=-2-25-3-1-135$
